The courses I am taking this semester are Physics, American Government, Youth & Law, College Writing, and Creative Writing. I like my Physics teacher a lot because he is most always in a good mood and is really funny and a good teacher at the same time.

I play hockey and soccer. Last year I was on a Midget AA team from Calumet, MI. We played teams from Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Canada. I was an Assistant Captain and received Best Defenseman honors

. This year I will play for Houghton High school, which just plays other high schools around the Upper Peninsula. The team I play on for soccer is made up of the best players from the summer league here, which anyone within 15-20 miles can join. We play teams from around the Upper Peninsula. I play defense in both soccer and hockey.

I like rap music a little, but I mostly like rock. Some bands that I like are Soundgarden, Incubus, Audioslave, Metallica, and Stone Temple Pilots. The television shows that I try to watch are mostly comedies. The ones I try to watch the most are The Simpsons, South Park, The King of Queens,and Sportscenter.

I try to watch NHL hockey games whenever they are on television also. Books that I have read that I enjoyed would be 1984 by George Orwell and The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger. Movies that I like are U-571, the South Park movie, Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back, Casino, Boyz in the Hood, and others.

My close friends are pretty much all like me and are fun to hang around with. Whenever there aren't any girls around we just make jokes about each other and play video games or something.

I plan to attend either Northern Michigan University, Michigan State University, or the University of Michigan next year. I am leaning towards Northern Michigan because it is closer to home and is also is not as huge as the other two of my options.

When it comes to any college sport I root for the Michigan State Spartans. For pro football I root for the Philadelphia Eagles, for pro hockey I root for the San Jose Sharks, for pro basketball I root for the Boston Celtics, and I do not follow baseball too much.

Hobbies that I have include paintball, pool, playing cards, and video games.
